  Ensure the foam or rubber products are unused, in their original condition, and securely wrapped in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided return label or ship the parcel to our Canberra warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
